Refund policy

We want you to love, love, love your LuckyBird Clothing Co. items. If by chance you do not, you have 10 days from receipt of your package to send the product back for a full refund please email us at sales@luckybirdclothingco.com. If there is a problem with the quality of the product we will exchange it at no cost to you. If you, by chance, after the 10 day return time, have changed your mind, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your product total and the balance will be credited to your account.
